Easter is always a busy and exciting time for Swansea University Events and Hospitality, and this year is certainly shaping up to be the same with a number of key conferences and events taking place.
M2A Annual Seminar
Following the success of the Materials and Manufacturing Academy (M2A) annual seminar 2017, on 27th March, we are proud to host the much anticipated event again on Bay Campus. The Swansea University initiative will see delegates congregate in the Great Hall for a packed programme centred around leading materials and manufacturing research.

Swansea Head Teacher’s Conference
On 28th March we look forward to welcoming the Swansea Head Teacher’s Conference to Bay Campus. The daylong event, which will take place in the Great Hall, has a packed programme focusing on topics surrounding ‘Successful Futures- Developing Healthy, Confident Individuals’.
Amnesty International Conference and AGM 2018
The weekend of 7th-8th April, we are proud that the Amnesty International Conference and AGM will be held at Swansea University. Amnesty members will unite in multiple meeting spaces across the School of Management and Great Hall for inspiring talks on human rights campaigns, to participate in talks and panel debates and share skills and experiences.
British Burns Association Annual Meeting
From 11th-13th April, the British Burns Association Annual Meeting will take place in the Great Hall. The key event in the association’s calendar will feature a full networking programme, trade exhibition and distinguished speakers, with a special session on Military Responses.
Our Event Services and Catering teams will be working hard, along with other key University departments to ensure all of the events run smoothly and our visiting delegates have a truly memorable experience during their time at Swansea University.
