I’m no longer able to attend the conference/course/event, who should I inform?

I have an allergy/special diet, are you able to cater for it?
We are yet to come across a special diet that we are unable to cater for. Please advise us via your conference/course/event organiser. If you would like to discuss in more detail, or if you booked directly through our online booking portal, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 01792 295665.
Is there are charge for special diets?
In the vast majority of cases, no. In certain circumstances where we incur significant cost in providing a special diet (e.g. a strict Kosher diet), we will pass on these additional costs. However, we will always inform you of this in advance of your visit.
Are your buildings and residences accessible for people with disabilities?
All of our buildings meet strict accessibility criteria including wheelchair access; provision of hearing loops in all lecture rooms; and consideration given for blind visitors. We also have a number of adapted rooms in all of our residences, so that everyone can enjoy a stay with us.
What times is your reception open for check-in?
Our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but check-in is strongly encouraged between 2pm-8pm, as there is a much reduced service outside of these hours.
Do I need to bring a towel?
Not in the vast majority of cases – towels are included in all of our standard packages – see here.
Do I need to bring a hairdryer?
Hairdryers are not included in the rooms; so if you require a hairdryer, then yes you will have to bring one with you.
Do you have TV available in bedrooms?
We have no TV available in the bedrooms, and there are no TVs available for hire.
