Wednesday 19th October saw the return of Collaborate to Swansea University’s Singleton Park Campus.
Hosted by Swansea University’s School of Medicine and sponsored by Life Sciences Hub Wales, the one day event which is dedicated to celebrating and promoting collaboration and partnerships across industry, academia, Government and health boards was opened by Swansea University Vice Chancellor Professor Richard B. Davies and Professor Keith Lloyd, Dean and Head of the Medical School.
The high profile event brought delegates from across the region and beyond together for the day to explore all the latest life science news and developments.
The packed programme of talks took place in the Taliesin Arts Centre at the heart of Swansea University’s Singleton Park Campus and covered a plethora of topics including:
- Swansea Bay City Region: Creating the Future in South West Wales
- Connect – Communicate – Collaborate – Create
- In Conversation: The future state of health & Wellbeing in South West Wales
The Refectory in Fulton House offered the ideal location for the event exhibition and thematic breakout sessions exploring a wide range of issues covering research and innovation, health and wellbeing, business/engagement and skills/workforce took place in key venues across the campus including the Grove and ILS1 and 2.
